Last week, we tackled Miami’s new guard private clubs, including the just-opened Harbour Club in Sunset Harbour. Today, in part two of FOUND’s rundown, the old guard.
Fisher Island Club (Fisher Island)
Membership: Fisher Island homeowners, mostly
Amenities: Private beach, golf course, marina, spa, fitness center, several upscale restaurants
The Workaround: There’s also a 15-room boutique hotel with full access to the club’s spoils during your stay
Fees: ~$20,000 annual, one-time initiation ~$250,000
Casa Tua (South Beach)
Membership: Old guard South Beach social set and an international crowd
Amenities: Exclusive upstairs club lounge and bar, intimate five-suite hotel, prime access to Miami’s most beloved Italian restaurant (open to the public)
Top Perk: With Casa Tua clubs now open in New York, Aspen, and Paris, global membership grants access to all (from $7000 annually, plus $2500 initiation fee)

The Bath Club (Miami Beach)
Membership: Mostly Bath Club homeowners amid an old guard social set
Amenities: Beach access, luxurious pool, tennis courts, gourmet dining options, wellness facilities, social events
Fees: From $8500 annual, one-time initiation ~$25,000
The Surf Club (above, Surfside)
Membership: Mostly grandfathered-in, multi-generational members
Amenities: Beach, multiple pools, Thomas Keller restaurant, spa, exclusive access to events and recreation
The Workaround: Book a stay at the onsite Four Seasons, buy one of the residences, or make a reservation at The Surf Club Restaurant by Thomas Keller, which is open to the public

Carillon Spa and Beach Club (North Beach):
Membership: Health set, North Beach old-timers, Carillon residents
Amenities: Access to 75+ weekly fitness classes, state-of-the-art fitness center, massive spa with European thermal hydrotherapy circuit, dedicated VIP members beach access, multiple swimming pools, special events
Top Perks: Generous resort credits, plus complimentary spa treatments, resort stays, personal training sessions, guest passes
